I've discussed it on the FB group, various Hangouts, and in private messages for a few months and now that I finally have the books and am starting to study them, I'll also be working on my Wester/Horror setting for The Coming. Spaghetti Western/Lovecraftian horror type stuff. Set during the beginning of the California Gold Rush in 1848, players will be playing prospectors with various backgrounds depending on their own choices. This post is here just to see who is interested in this idea and also to see who is patient enough to play a game with a 100% newb Myth Master-wannabe. It will probably be at least a month or two before I get this game going.

Ji. i write form italy. me and my freinds are playing a sort of "myfarig cthulhu" set in italy. by the way my hometown is in the north by the sea and is a sister city with newport, rohde island. i apprecita the myfarog the coming rules over the call of cthulhu ones. fighting is system is better and i espicially appreciate the MHP system. it is much more manageable then the COC sanity points

I think Cthulhu insanity is just fine. When one goes insane one goes insane. I think playing Cthulhu will teach some newer player not to love their precious characters that much, but love the game and the story instead :)
I had once character which was considered rather "old" in our games since he survived more than 5 sessions ... and that was very very rare in our games :D
FHTAGN!
