I saw a foldout map of Thule (that seemed to have come with version 2.1) on a Youtube review by sameoldji. Is this still something that is available anywhere, or is that something that exclusively came with older versions of the game?

AFAIK that's relics of the olden times... But if it's available somewhere I'd be interested :) If you are interested to check the real life Thulê here you go: goo.gl/maps/ackoWioRHwH2

Gotcha, I would love to have one as well - perhaps I can search about on Ebay or some other such sight in attempts to find one (or an older version of MYFAROG with the map included), or perhaps have one printed in large scale from a printing company. Thanks for the response and link.

Hi,
Yes, since MYFAROG has been sold on Amazon, there have been no more maps included with the game. I have one of the maps from version 2.2 of the game and try to keep it (and the book) in pristine condition.
Your best bet is to get one printed at a professional printing company.
Good luck!

It would be one good add to the MYFAROG accessories if there would be this map printed on some sturdy canvas that can be rolled up or put on the wall or what ever. I think people would pay good money for this... I would spend easily 20-30€ for this kind of thing.
Wink wink notch notch Varg!

I'd definitely pay for it as an accessory, I wonder if he has considered this as an option? I'm sure there is a reason he stopped including maps with the book.

Yes, I've heard tales of such maps! I would indeed buy one for a reasonable amount of me shekels. I printed one myself on a home printer, sadly the quality of the print-out leaves much to be desired...

Yeah, I will probably go professional for a one piece map, though I have considered printing each region from a home printer for close-up maps.

The reason is because MYFAROG is very cheap on Amazon and I don't think there's a way on CreateSpace to include a high-quality map. The one I have was shipped from Varg' place in France, so I guess either he or Marie sent it out. The quality of the 2.2 book is a lot better than the current versions in terms of paper and print, but it was double the cost (still worth it).

That makes sense, and honestly I am grateful for the affordability of the game rules.

Yes. Create Space ain't work for these kind of things. It need to be separate item and printed somewhere else.
But it would be great add. Like many said here, people are ready to invest on quality.
Hope to see proper map someday as accessory OR if Varg is willing to, print ready good resolution file for download. The one that is now at MYFAROG site is way too small and not proper print quality. But this is of course one thing that takes time and as I understood Varg is rather busy at the moment with all the things called life :)

I hadn't considered the resolution of the document, I will have to print in a size that accommodates this...perhaps printing the map of each region would work out better, using the world map only for larger scale travel (if the resolution would be any different for the maps of the regions)? This would seem to be the only option at the given moment, so I will wind up printing something, regardless, ha. I like to have physical maps on the table.

What's the size of the map document that you have? Mine is almost 9MB.
